Monday, June 12th 7PM-Kickboxing with Tasha-This is a full-throttle, high-impact workout. Your legs and arms will be working hard. You’ll rev up your heart rate and keep it up throughout the workout.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Boot Camp: An intense circuit style class going from sprints to push-ups in no time at all. You’ll never know what comes next.
Chair Yoga: Chair Yoga is a specific form of yoga practiced while seated in a chair or standing using a chair for support. Exercises utilize strength, resistance, coordination, and balance. You will target common areas of weakness, tension & inflammation. Strengthen and open your body in different ways.
Cycling: A group indoor cycling class that replicates the feel of the road and dirt. Sprints, climbs or hovers are part of your ride.
Dance Fitness: This is a heart healthy cardio workout style chereography. This fun, high energy dance fitness class is open to beginning exercisers, experienced dancers, and everyone in between. Get ready to hit the dance floor!
Family Zumba: This is a class where 6-99 yr. olds can let loose on the dance floor. Simple to follow basic Zumba moves. Come dance like no one’s watching. 6-13 yr. olds may attend with an adult 18 or older
HIGH Fitness®: A hardcore fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow choreography. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.
Kidz Zumba: Boys and girls 8-13 years of age will have a blast dancing to kid-friendly music and playing fitness games designed just for them. This 45-minute class will get them moving and grooving to a healthier lifestyle, while building confidence, improving coordination and memory skills.
Pedal & Pump: This class is the best of both worlds. Using cycling and weights in a circuit format gives you cardio and strength training all in one class.
Pilates: Pilates helps to improve alignment, breathing, and to increase efficiency of movement through core stabilization.
POUND®: Created by two female drummers, the POUND workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart pumping workout.
Pump Plus: This class will strengthen all of your muscles using free weights, bands, weighted bars, BOSU, various size fitness balls, TRX straps with some cardio mixed in.
SilverSneakers Classic®: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. This class is designed for Seniors or those that need a gentler workout.
Strong Fit: This class is a 30/30 mix of cardio and weight training designed just for Seniors or those that need a gentler workout.
Strong Flow Yoga: Power yoga is a practice where postures or asanas are connected through movement and breath to create heat throughout the workout. This class builds endurance, flexibility, and strength. Modifications are given, when needed.
TRX: This full body workout uses the TRX suspension bands combined with heart pumping cardio intervals. This 45 minute class will give you the best of two worlds, strength and cardiovascular training in one class.
Wellness Walk: This is a walking class that can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life through walking. This class is held at The Oval
Xtreme Hip Hop Step® : This Is a heart pumping revamp of traditional step aerobics that includes routines set to hip hop music that will make you want to get up and move. For beginner to advanced.
Yoga: A concentration on balance of mind, body, breathing, strength, and flexibility.
Zumba: This is a fun high energy Latin dance class featuring moves such as Samba, Cha-Cha, Reggaton, Merengue & more.

Water Class Descriptions
Aqua Dance: Anyone can join Aqua Dance. No dance background necessary – just the willingness to move and have fun! Routines feature dynamic rhythms and easy-to-learn steps that will get you moving right away.
Aqua Fit: This invigorating class uses the resistance of the water, with or without equipment, to give you an energizing workout. Becoming more fit was never so much fun!
Crazy for Cardio: Challenge your cardio-respiratory system by using a variety of equipment and engaging in bouts of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for a wild and crazy, calorie blasting workout!
Diggin’ Deep: Discover the depths of your fitness abilities in this sometimes shallow, sometimes deep water class as you are challenged to “dig deep” within yourself to maximize your fitness results in this total body workout!
Easy Does It: Mild cardio-respiratory training & light strength building exercises make this the perfect class not only for those with arthritis, but for seniors & those just beginning a fitness program.
HIIT H20: This hour-long interval training class will unleash your inner warrior! You can expect resistance training, brief cardio sprints followed by short breaks, and awesome music in every class. Equipment may be used, but is always optional. This is your workout!
Splashin’ & Dashin’: Start the day right with splashin’ in fun, while dashin’ into fitness. This fun class offers a full body workout including a variety of cardio, strengthening, and ab routines, in shallow and deep water.
