BOOM Mind®: This class is a 30 minute flowing mix of yoga, Pilates, and athletic stretching techniques that improves strength, balance and flexibility through a mind/body/spirit approach.  The flow is easy to follow and transitions smoothly between standing and mat based work. BOOM Move It®: This class is a heart healthy cardio workout featuring dance style choreography.  This fun, high energy dance fitness class is open to beginning exercisers, experienced dancers, and everyone in between.  Get ready to hit the dance floor. (Max participants: 20)

Boot Camp: An intense circuit style class going from sprints to push-ups in no time at all. You’ll never know what comes next. (Max participants: 20)

Cardio Blast: HiiT (high intensity interval training) workouts are all the new rage. Join us for this high intensity cardio followed by short rest periods. (Max Participants: 24)

Cycle & Pump: This class is the best of both worlds. Using cycling and weights in a circuit format gives you cardio and strength training all in one class. (Max participants 22)

Express Butts & Gutts: An intense 30 minute express workout targeting all your core and glute muscles.

Kickbox & More: This is a mix of Kickboxing and Boot Camp where you will get the best of both worlds to give you a heart stopping high energy workout. (Max participants: 24)

Pilates: Pilates helps to improve alignment, breathing, and to increase efficiency of movement through core stabilization. (Max participants: 23)

POUND®: Created by two female drummers, POUND workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart pumping workout. (Max participants: 35)

Power Yoga: Power yoga is a practice where postures or asanas are connected through movement and breath to create heat throughout the workout. This class builds endurance, flexibility, and strength. Modifications are given, when needed. (Max participants: 23)

Pump: This is your chance to strengthen all of your muscles using free weights, bands, weighted bars, BOSU, and various size fitness balls. (Max participants: 22)

SilverSneakers Classic®Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. This class is designed for Seniors or those that need a gentler workout. (Max participants: 20)

Strong & Fit: This class is a 30/30 mix of cardio and weight training designed just for Seniors or those that need a gentler workout. (Max participants: 20)

Train Your Course Off: This class will focus on running, stamina, and endurance along with overall strength. You will be using different training techniques to help prepare you for obstacle course runs, relay races, fun runs and group sports. This class is held at the park.

YogaA concentration on balance of mind, body, breathing, strength, and flexibility. (Max participants: 23

Zumba: This is a fun high energy Latin dance class featuring moves such as Samba, Cha-Cha, Reggaton, Merengue & more. (Max participants: 35)

Aqua Dance: Anyone can join Aqua Dance. No dance background necessary – just the willingness to move and have fun! Routines feature dynamic rhythms and easy-to-learn steps that will get you moving right away. In minutes you’ll be moving to the beat and having a blast! (Shallow and deep.)

Aqua Fit: This invigorating class uses the resistance of the water, with or without equipment, to give you an energizing workout.  Becoming more fit was never so much fun!

Crazy for Cardio: This class challenges your cardio-respiratory system with a variety of equipment to create a wild and crazy, calorieblasting workout.

Diggin’ Deep: Discover the depths of your fitness abilities as you are challenged to “dig deep” within yourself to maximize your fitness results in this total body workout.

Easy Does It: This gentle 45 min. workout may help decrease joint pain & swelling as well as improve joint flexibility. Mild cardiorespiratory training & light strength building exercises make this the perfect class not only for those with arthritis, but for seniors & those just beginning a fitness program. For stability & safety, aquatic shoes are recommended but not required.

Instructor’s Choice: Could be Crazy for Cardio, Diggin’ Deep or anything in between. Regardless of the format the instructor chooses, it will be a terrific workout.

Interval Rush Hour: Rev up your morning with an energy rush to carry you through the day in a class designed to boost metabolism, burn calories, and increase strength & cardio endurance using a variety of interval formats & athletic inspired training.

Leveling UP: Instructor Emily is a gamer. A key to a successful game is leveling your character by building strength, stamina, and other attributes. Adventures may be shallow or deep. Equipment for KOPFC’s water fitness armory may be employed during the quest. Whether a beginner or expert, Leveling UP will up your fitness game.

Roughin’ It With Rowdy: Instructor Suzanne, aka “Rowdy”, will challenge your body and mind to get a little (or a lot) rowdy in this sometimes deep, sometimes shallow, always FUN class.

Splashin’ & Dashin’: Start the day right with splashin’ in fun, while dashin’ into fitness. This fun class offers a full body workout including a variety of cardio, strengthening, and ab routines, in shallow and deep water.

SWAT Special Water Aerobic Tactics: With a bit of a militant tone, intense drills inspired by the training of Navy SEALS and professional athletes are designed to crush preconceived limitations and explore new levels of fitness. Due to the high intensity, this class is NOT recommended for moms-to-be.

Toning to the Tunes: Want something really different? This is a one-of-a-kind fun cardio class of excercises choreographed to music, with a few belly dancing moves thrown in during cool down.
