Children 9 and under must not be left unattended at any time in any area of the facility. Adult (18+) must also be actively engaged in supervising children 9 & under. Children, age 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) in the water within an arms distance at all times. Maximum adult ratio of 1 adult per 3 children 6 & under. No exceptions. Children, ages 7-9, must have an adult (18+) supervision ratio of at least 1 adult per 8 children when in the water.
Yes, we do allow guests to bring outside food and drink. However, for safety reasons we ask that you do not bring any sharp objects i.e. knives, ceramic dishes, glass bottles or containers. Alcohol is not allowed into any part of KOPFC. All coolers, cooler bag or bags are subjected to be searched by KOPFC employee at any time.
Unfortunately, no. Bringing a grill into KOPFC is not allowed and there are not any grills available.
Credit Cards are accepted Chomper’s Grill along with cash and debit cards. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. All coolers, cooler bag or bags a subjected to be searched by KOPFC employee at any time.
There will be a charge of $3.00 and you will get a new card. A picture of your membership card can also be scanned. Unfortunately, you can not check in at the Kiosk (south entrance for outside pools) with out a current membership card or day use admissions payment.
You may bring a tent up to a maximum size of 10×10 but please do not pound stakes into ground that might cause sprinkler damage, nor attaching to KOPFC property (trees, tables, etc.)
Tables of any kind are NOT allowed. There are several picnic tables around the outdoor area available on a first come first serve basis and must not be moved from their set locations.
Smoking (includes e-cigarettes & vape) is not permitted in the facility, tennis center, or outdoor pool areas.
Pets of any kind unless certified for disability or service are not allowed
Prohibited items are but not limited to amplified music, portable speakers such as Bluetooth speakers, boom boxes, or backpacks with built in speakers are not allowed in any part of KOPFC.
United States Coast Guard approved life jackets are allowed. Some life jackets are provided free for use and can be found throughout KOPFC. They are available first come first served. Blow up floatation devices are allowed but maybe restricted due to pool capacity.
Yes, there are free small wallet/cell phone self-combination locker available through out the facility that we encourage you to use. Our family locker room also has a limited amount of larger self-combination lockers available for day use. Lockers in individual locker rooms may also be rented on a annual basis for the cost of $30.00. Please inquire at the front desk.
Prohibited items are but not limited to amplified music, tables, glass, alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, (Including concealed guns and knives of any size or usage), any sharp objects. Bags, coolers, backpacks, purses, photographic equipment (including phones), and coolers are subject to a reasonable search at any time by a KOPFC employee.
Refund Policy
All punch cards are non-refundable. ADMISSIONS All refunds for admissions will be handled by the supervisor on duty. There will be no refunds or rain checks for inclement weather. PROGRAMS All refunds processed at the request of the patron or for circumstances beyond our control will be assessed a $10.00 administration fee. Refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days of approval. Cancellations/Credits/Transfers will be offered up to the time of the first day of class/program. Once the class/program has begun there are no refunds or credits. SPECIAL EVENTS All ticket or registrations for Special Events are non-refundable. RETAIL PURCHASES No refund will be allowed on personal items, i.e., clothing, goggles, suntan lotion, etc. MEETING ROOMS/PRIVATE PARTIES Full refunds for Meeting Rooms or Private Parties must be requested 7 days in advance of the scheduled usage. No refunds will be given after this time*. PRIVATE LESSONS/PERSONAL TRAINING/CLASSES/MASSAGES You must call at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time to reschedule or request a refund*. If you fail to come at the scheduled time and did not call at least 24 hours in advance, no refunds will be allowed. *All refunds processed at the request of the patron and for circumstances beyond our control will be assessed a $10.00 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days of approval.
