We strive to encourage our patrons and guest to engage in healthy lifestyles. We also realize that many have questions and limited resources to achieve that. So, mark you calendars for the KOPFC Health Fair on Wednesday, March 6 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM and Thursday, March 7, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.. The Health Fair will be an educational and interactive event designed to provide information on basic preventative remedies, healthy choices and medical screenings. We will also have some healthy refreshments and a free prize drawing each day. Please join us!

Salt Lake County Health Department: Tobacco Prevention – Understand the dangers of smoking and get info on how to “Quit”.
Jordan Valley Medical Center: Blood pressure, Cholesterol and Glucose testing.
Action Chiropractic: Bone Density Screening Testing
Utah Community Action: Learn about available resources in your community for healthy living.
Unified Fire Authority: CPR Training demonstration & learning
New York Life Insurance Company: Free Child ID’s for parents and guardians in case of emergency (such as a lost or kidnapped child) These ID’s are given to the parents and contain import identifying information, none of which we keep, to be given to local law enforcement or emergency responders in the event of such an emergency.
