Female Beginner Stregth Training Course

September 21 - October 12

Saturday 11 AM - Noon

4 Sessions

Course Fee: $40

 

Our certified personal trainer, Cathy Underwood, will teach you how to safely lift weights and give you the knowledge and confidence you need in the weight room.

Trainings will start in the fitness room and later move into the weight room as the group gets more comfortable.

 

Bonus: This course includes a 30 minute 1 on 1 session with Cathy on how to use the machines.
