The first class will meet in the Fitness Room.
Our certified personal trainer, Cathy Underwood, will teach you how to safely lift weights and give you the knowledge and confidence you need in the weight room.
This course is designed for women with prior experience in basic strength training. It introduces more advanced exercises that require a foundation of strength and core stability, with a focus on building overall body strength.
